Tom and Judah did very well providing me with a piece of mind knowing my concerns and the product I was about to purchase. They took the time to show me what the system could do. Installation went well. The final buy off did not take place until they stopped by and checked over the system and closed the odds and ends. This is a good company and the two gentlemen are always willing to accommodate to give you the piece of mind you deserve.

I WAS THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED WITH HOW PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE CCTV PROS WERE.

Our camera system at VMM-764 was fried due to a power surge. The entire system needed to be replaced. We had a few bids, but I was thoroughly impressed with how professional and polite CCTV Pros were. The owner himself, Judah, came out to do a site survey twice before bringing his crew to complete the job. Even after the installation, Tony came out to op check the equipment as well as custom install the feed into one of our TVs free of charge. Even though the government system is slow at paying a vendor, they still have made themselves available to assist. Top notch!

THIS COMPANY IS OUTSTANDING.

This company is outstanding. In terms of service, in terms of quality, and in there ability to get you what you need when you need it. I needed a mobile security camera mounted on a tower attached to a trailer to monitor flood levels in a drain. I needed the tower on short notice and they did everything they could to get a trailer lined up and delivered with a camera that could handle the job, again on short notice. Thanks to them. If you need a security camera of any kind, call them. You will be pleased.

OUTSTANDING COMPANY AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

This review is long overdue. I had San Diego CCTV Pros install a CCTV system in my home a few years ago. When I first looked into purchasing the system, I met with Judah (the owner) who came to my house and explained the various CCTV products and options available. After choosing the system I wanted, I decided to purchase the system from San Diego CCTV Pros as I had received price quotes from other companies and Judah gave me a the best deal. The installation of the system was done flawlessly and professionally. Judah remained on the job with his workers for much of the day, overseeing their work. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

A couple years later, the DVR went bad and San Diego CCTV Pros replaced it free of charge as it was still under warranty. At that point I upgraded to a larger DVR and added additional cameras to the system, paying only the difference.

I recently needed to service my system and San Diego CCTV Pros promptly arrived and provided the service. There was a problem with one of the cameras which took some time to trouble-shoot, but after discussing the issue with Judah he said I would not be charged for the time it took to trouble-shoot the problem, as it turned out to be a manufacturer's defect in the camera.

Words cannot express how pleased I am with San Diego CCTV Pros. They are an outstanding company and I highly recommend them to anyone considering installing a CCTV system. Thank you Judah, Edgar, Tony and the rest of the staff at San Diego CCTV Pros!

The installers are top notch, and have always done a great job, neat and tidy. If we have ever needed an onsite adjustment, Judah makes it happen fast and the crew is always professional and on time. I WOULD RECOMMEND SAN DIEGO CCTV WITHOUT RESERVATION

I wanted to replace the Arlo system, with a hard wired system that offered more flexibility and coverage for my home. After doing some research on companies and equipment, I decided that San Diego CCTV best matched my needs. I placed a call to gather some additional information, and was immediately offered some times for their project manager to come and assess my needs. Within a couple of days, I met with Judah, the project coordinator. He listened to my needs and presented several options for the new CCTV system.

His pricing was certainly fair and I made the decision during his visit to proceed with the installation. A few days later, his crew reported on time to begin the installation. The fact they were on time was a plus, as so often technicians tend to be late, or a no show. They were very courteous and walked the property with Judah discussing camera placement for the most effective coverage and to be aesthetically pleasing as I have recently finished a complete remodel of my home.

There were some challenges with running the wires, and the technicians were very proficient in conquering the challenges. When it came time to teach the system operation, they took the necessary time to ensure that I was proficient in it's operation and understood the various features of the system and that it met my expectations.

This was not my first experience having a hard wired CCTV system installed, though certainly was the best. I would recommend San Diego CCTV without reservation.

Great company. All employees that I interacted with were very professional, everyone from their salesmen to their installers. Judah, the salesman, came out to my business and did an initial walk through of our facility. He suggested the type of cameras I needed as well as the DVR.

A special thank you to the installers who did an awesome job. Before they installed each camera they called me to show me the placement. They did a great job in taking initiative on the best place to install the cameras so we would have the widest range of view. They also made sure I was completely satisfied with the view before they installed the cameras.

They did such a good job we currently set up another appointment to install a few more cameras as well as replace some older ones.

If you are in need of setting up a surveillance system or upgrading an existing one these are your guys.

EXACTLY AS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AS YOU'D HOPE

Judah, Doug, Edgar, and everyone else at San Diego CCTV Pro's are exactly as professional and courteous as you'd hope when working with security, intercom, and camera services. Not only that, I feel like they're the only ones in San Diego that respond to emails and calls in a timely manner because they were not the only ones I contacted about replacing the 8 intercom system in my 1980's built condo building, but they will be the only ones we'll be working with from now on. You would think that being the only company that responds they would rude or try to gouge you in some way, but nope- they were amenable, tried to help us with the pricing as long as it fit well, and made sure that everything worked in tip top shape before saying that the job was done. Would procure their services again and would recommend them to anyone who was on the fence.

San Diego CCTV Pros are amazing! I spent a month researching different security camera options for my small business and did not have a good time doing so. The amount of run around and misinformation I received from other larger companies was so frustrating and none of them could provide what I wanted. I finally found SD CCTV and Judah came out for a consultation. From start to finish they were professional, honest and kind. They really are pros!! They actually helped me plan the layout of cameras to get better coverage with just 9 cameras instead of the 12 that I thought I would need, saving me money. When an unexpected cost came up, they kept their word on the original quote and covered the extra cost themselves. I can't say enough good things about the great service I received from them! I now have the exact surveillance system I needed at my business and we will definitely be returning to SD CCTV for all our future video/audio recording needs.

Due to a recent burglary we were researching security companies and came upon SDCCTV Pros. Based on their reviews we requested a quotation. Judah was very professional and friendly. He didn't try to up-sell products. He was forthcoming with what would be appropriate for our residence, and was open to all of our questions. Doug handled the proposal and quote quickly. He has been very helpful with logistics in scheduling around our availability. The technicians for the installation, Steve and Tony, were professional, and friendly. They were quick, the installation went smoothly. We had one glitch with a camera (which turned out not to be their fault). The response was extremely fast (within two hours of my call). We were pleasantly surprised. The technician, Edgar, was super helpful and walked us through the software to ensure we really understood how to replay, take screen shots, and store video snippets.

Overall SDCCTV Pros provides superb customer service, great company, we are extremely happy and recommend them to everyone!

I JUST WISH I FOUND THESE GUYS SOONER

If Yelp offered 6 stars I would have chosen that option. Judah and his tech were able to troubleshoot a networking issue with my home security system that the original installer could not resolve after 3 attempts. Don't waste your time going anywhere else for all your home security needs. I just wish I found these guys sooner, it would have saved me a lot of frustration ( and money).

So happy that we found this company, one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. These guys really care about their customers. We quoted 4 other security camera companies and the professionalism and the responsiveness of this company blew the other companies out of the water. Judah was the only guy who came over in a tie and pressed shirt/slacks. He showed professionalism throughout the whole transaction and really cared for what we wanted and wanted to make us happy. Also, the cameras and equipment were a better quality than what the other companies offered. Their in-house technicians who came out to do the job were also very professional and sweet and nice guys, especially Edgar, Noel and Stephen. I felt so comfortable with them in my home after the first hour that I even left them there to do work for a few days while I was at work. Oh and I can't forget about Doug.
